USING THE ENNEAGRAM TO BUILD STRONGER RELATIONSHIPS
OVERVIEW
This is a six-month leadership development program for WLC Alumni interested in deepening their Enneagram journey and for those new to WLC who want to learn about the Enneagram in a WLC-inspired way.
Working in a cohort of same Enneagram Types you will meet for nine sessions to explore the relationships between your Type and each of the other eight Enneagram Types. Powerful exercises and activities will provide a deeper understanding of your own tendencies and new insights about how to connect with other Types.
As with other WLC programs, you will continue on the journey of stepping into your most powerful, authentic, compassionate and inclusive self. You will discover more facets of the Enneagram as a map to illuminate unconscious drivers that hinder and support your movement into Presence.
OBJECTIVES
- To use the Enneagram as a translation tool for understanding why and how others think and behave differently.
- To strengthen relationships with people who think and behave differently from us.
- To develop a more inclusive leadership style that appreciates and leverages differences.
- To increase compassion for self and others as a leadership capacity.
WHO’S INVITED
WLC Alumni, colleagues and friends who have a basic knowledge of their Enneagram Type.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
- Nine two-hour facilitated sessions in a group of participants with the same Enneagram type.
- Coaching in a group setting during the 2-hour monthly session.
- Eight peer coaching sessions to be held in-between cohort group sessions.
PROGRAM PRICE:
$2,800 per participant
OPTIONAL:
Six monthly 1:1 coaching sessions to accompany your Enneagram Group experience: $5,550 (for combination package)
