Developed specifically for those who have completed prior WLC training, Women’s Leadership Circles Alumni (WLC 2.0) extends and deepens the process of self-discovery. Using methodologies aligned with women’s natural ways of learning, we accelerate the work through the transformative power of the Enneagram.

While reinforcing prior learnings, we introduce new practices and concepts to elicit our most authentic selves. Given participants’ previous experience, we are able to quickly re-engage with a profound journey from constriction to expansion.

Becoming a strong leader requires tapping into the Essence of who we really are. This path unveils a natural way of being that springs from inside, bringing with it a new perspective and sense of self. The journey is one of awakening and integrating dormant inner resources. Coming into greater Presence and Wholeness, WLC leaders elegantly navigate in a world that can be complex and ambiguous. The ability to foster inclusion and belonging even in volatile, uncertain times, allows innovation and collective wisdom to flourish.

When women are empowered to contribute to their full potential, organizations reap the rewards. The ultimate gain is a work environment that is inclusive, innovative and fosters well-being.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:

  • Embody your PLV more fully and claim your super-power as a courageous authentic leader.
  • Face organizational demands with agility and innovation.
  • Build proficiency in using the WLC Organizational Change Model.
  • Learn new Dialogue Tools to cultivate collective wisdom.
  • Begin healing the unconscious Mother Wound that fuels the Inner Critic.

WLC 2.0 PROGRAM STRUCTURE (over six months):

  • Monthly group meetings on Zoom (8:30 am – 3:30 pm PDT)
  • Six 1:1 coaching sessions with Ipek Serifsoy or Lara Heller
  • Monthly peer-coaching meetings
  • Monthly 2-hour check-in meetings between day-long group meetings
  • Maximum of fourteen participants; no more than four from one company.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE

Each cohort brings together women at all management levels, from corporate VPs to emerging leaders. This mix allows junior leaders to receive direct mentoring from those with experience while helping senior leaders sharpen their mentoring capacities.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON: Leadership Circle Profile 360 Assessment

Highly aligned with WLC’s inside-out approach, the Leadership Circle Profile is a unique 360 Assessment that brings heightened visibility to your leadership capabilities through the lens of Creativity Competencies and Reactivity Tendencies. Including this assessment in your WLC experience will enable us to integrate insights from the profile into your 1:1 coaching to enhance your leadership growth. PRICE: $2200
Includes: 360 Assessment plus three total hours for debrief and coaching to weave results into your WLC journey.

If you have already taken the Leadership Circle Profile 360 Assessment, we can weave it into your WLC journey through three additional one-hour 1:1 coaching sessions at a cost of $1500.
