- Interactive Learning Sessions – Engage in frameworks, practice key capacities, and apply real-world leadership contexts.
- Coaching Practicum – Practice presence and coaching skills in real time with guided feedback.
- Peer Learning Circles – Build trust and exchange insights in a learning community.
- Self-Reflection & Integration – Structured prompts and exercises to apply learning directly to your leadership.
- Individual Coaching Sessions – Two private sessions with a DCI faculty coach (before and after the program).

Dates: June 1-5, 2026 (Begins with dinner on 6/1 and ends with lunch on 6/5)
Location: Lodge at Marconi, Marshall, CA — a serene retreat overlooking Tomales Bay, designed for deep learning and renewal.
Tuition: $9,500 (includes lodging, meals, program materials, and two individual coaching sessions).
Capacity: Limited to 12 participants for a personalized, intimate experience.
