Elke is a Certified Deep Coaching practitioner and certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. She finds deep fulfillment in using the power of the Enneagram and DCI’s deep coaching methodology to partner with her clients in deepening their self-awareness, unlocking their self-knowing, and supporting them to live their lives with intention. Elke is also a Certified Parental Leave Coach, working with expectant and new parents to navigate the major life transition of becoming a parent.
Along with coaching, Elke brings lived experience as a leader and change agent with more than 20 years of experience as a People and Culture leader in both the profit and nonprofit sectors. Throughout her career, Elke has worked to realize her vision of a world where leading with humanity and compassion are table stakes for organizations. This has meant leading culture transformations, coaching and advising leadership teams, and implementing people-centered organizational structures with an equity lens.
Elke lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband, two children, and one very feisty chihuahua. Her happy place is the Oregon Coast, where she marvels in the power and beauty of the Pacific and the old-growth forests at its edge. Elke identifies as a social type 6 on the Enneagram.
