Wholistic Leadership Circles

2.0 Alumni Program 2026

Navigating Change from the Inside Out

“In a world of continuous change, our task is not to control the future,
but to cultivate the inner and collective capacities that allow us to navigate it wisely.”

– Ipek Serifsoy, PhD

Why This Program Exists

THE CHALLENGE OF OUR TIME:

We are living through a time of extraordinary change.

As the pace of change accelerates, many people find themselves carrying a growing sense of pressure, uncertainty, and fatigue. More and more, we are discovering that the challenges we face cannot be met by working harder, moving faster, or having all the answers.

They call for something deeper.

They call us to deepen our capacity to remain grounded, connected, discerning, and wise amidst complexity.

The challenge facing leaders today is not simply how to lead change. It is how to navigate it—within ourselves, with others, and within the larger systems of which we are a part.

Developed exclusively for graduates of Wholistic Leadership Circles, WLC 2.0 is an advanced developmental journey focused on navigating change from the inside out.

OUR PHILOSOPHY:

At the heart of our approach is a simple principle:

The outcomes we seek are often the natural result of the conditions we create.

Like all living systems, human beings grow and develop organically. We cannot force wisdom, resilience, or transformation. We can only create the conditions that support their emergence.

At its core, this work is grounded in the belief that growth unfolds most powerfully in environments characterized by presence, curiosity, compassion, and genuine connection. These qualities create the conditions in which learning, transformation, and wise action emerge naturally.

Through dialogue, reflection, collective inquiry, coaching, the Enneagram, and Circle Principles, participants deepen their awareness, presence, discernment, and relational intelligence.

BEYOND RESILIENCE:

While many programs focus on resilience, agility, and adaptability as skills to develop, WLC 2.0 takes a different approach.

It cultivates the deeper conditions that enable leaders to navigate complexity with wisdom, resilience, and agility.

As self-awareness, presence, emotional maturity, compassion, and connection to our essential nature deepen, we become more capable of responding creatively to life’s challenges.

Resilience, adaptability, and wisdom emerge naturally, strengthening our capacity to lead ourselves and others through complexity, uncertainty, and change.

What We Explore

WLC 2.0 explores two complementary pathways of development: understanding ourselves more deeply and learning to think together more wisely.

Together, these pathways help us navigate change not merely as a challenge to be managed, but as an opportunity to cultivate the inner capacities that support wise leadership, meaningful contribution, and authentic participation in a rapidly changing world.

DIALOGIC LEADERSHIP AND COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE

Today’s challenges are too complex for any one person to solve alone.

THINKING TOGETHER

The future increasingly belongs to leaders, teams, and communities capable of generating collective intelligence—the ability to think, learn, adapt, and innovate together.

Collective intelligence is not something we can manufacture or command. It emerges organically when the conditions for dialogue, trust, curiosity, perspective-taking, and shared inquiry are present.

THE PRACTICE OF DIALOGIC LEADERSHIP

Through the practice of dialogic leadership, participants learn to engage complexity through inquiry, reflection, perspective-taking, deep listening, and collective sense-making. These capacities enable groups to move beyond individual viewpoints and access greater wisdom together.

In a world where no one person has all the answers, learning to think together may be one of the most important leadership capacities of our time.

Together, these practices help participants navigate change not merely as a challenge to be managed, but as an invitation to growth, transformation, and deeper participation in life.

THE ENNEAGRAM FAIRY TALES: A NEW LENS FOR NAVIGATING CHANGE

A unique feature of WLC 2.0 is the integration of The Enneagram Fairy Tales, a heart-centered and developmental approach to the Enneagram.

From Adaptation to Essence

Each Fairy Tale begins in essence—a natural state of wholeness, aliveness, and belonging. Then life happens. In response to life’s challenges, adaptive strategies emerge. These adaptations serve an important purpose, helping us navigate the world and find our place within it.

Over time, however, the very patterns that once protected us can begin to limit us.

The Journey of Remembering

The Fairy Tales invite a different perspective on growth and transformation. Rather than focusing on self-improvement, they invite us into a process of remembering—reconnecting with the deeper qualities of essence that exist beneath our adaptations.

This perspective provides a powerful companion for navigating change. As we encounter uncertainty, transition, and transformation, we gain greater awareness of our habitual responses and develop the freedom to respond from a deeper place.

Growth becomes less about becoming someone new and more about remembering who we have always been.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

Participants will:

  • Deepen their capacity to navigate uncertainty, complexity, and change with greater awareness, wisdom, and confidence.
  • Recognize and transform the adaptive patterns that shape how they respond to life’s challenges, transitions, and opportunities.
  • Foster the conditions from which resilience, adaptability, innovation, and authentic leadership naturally emerge.
  • Develop dialogic leadership capacities that support collective intelligence, shared sense-making, and wiser action.
  • Reconnect with the deeper qualities of essence that support greater wholeness, freedom, purpose, and meaningful contribution in life and leadership.

How We Learn

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Over six months, participants engage in a carefully designed blend of group learning, coaching, reflection, dialogue, and practice. The structure creates both continuity and momentum, supporting the integration of new perspectives and capacities into everyday life and leadership.

This program includes:

  • Monthly full-day group meetings on Zoom (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM PT)
  • Six individual coaching sessions with Ipek Serifsoy
  • Monthly peer coaching meetings
  • Monthly two-hour check-in sessions between group meetings
  • A maximum of eight participants, with no more than four participants from any one organization

A COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE

WLC 2.0 is more than a learning experience. It is a community of practice.

Together, participants form a learning community where the capacities explored throughout the program can be practiced, tested, refined, and embodied. The cohort becomes a space for inquiry and experimentation—a place to bring real-life challenges, explore new ways of thinking and relating, and learn alongside others who are navigating similar questions.

THE CIRCLE AS LABORATORY AND GYM

In many ways, the Circle serves as both a laboratory and a gym.

Participants engage in ongoing cycles of inquiry, reflection, experimentation, and action—bringing real-life challenges into the Circle, exploring new perspectives and possibilities, applying insights in their everyday lives and leadership, and returning to reflect on what they are learning.

Through these iterative cycles, new capacities gradually become integrated and embodied. What begins as insight slowly develops into practice, and what begins as practice becomes a more natural way of being and leading.

Because the goal is not merely to survive change.

The goal is to become more fully ourselves while moving through it.

FROM INSIGHT TO EMBODIMENT

As these capacities take root, they extend naturally into participants’ leadership, relationships, organizations, and communities.

The invitation is to meet life as a path of growth, transformation, and remembering.

To become more fully who we are.

To align more deeply with our unique purpose and contribution.

And to participate wholeheartedly in the unfolding of our lives.
