Valerie is an experienced Organizational Development Consultant and Coach who facilitate transformational learning, innovation and change for leaders, teams and organizations.
Using an integral and systems coaching approach she supports clients to explore new perspectives and new ways of thinking that encourages new possibilities for action. Valerie brings passion, energy and commitment to her work, developing leadership and organizational potential that fosters innovative, engaged and collaborative environments.
Originally from Canada, she now lives in Switzerland where she has established her own coaching and consulting business. Valerie has a degree in Social Science and psychology and has completed postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management, Adult Education and Organizational Development.
