Emily Rowland has over 14 years of experience in management consulting, leadership, facilitation and team development, primarily in the healthcare industry. Throughout her career she has developed expertise in program design and development and has helped leaders to bring structure and definition to ambiguous spaces. Known for her strategic approach and process improvement orientation, she has guided the design and launch of several transformation initiatives. She has a passion for people development and fostering team effectiveness within organizations and understands the role that effective teams and a growth mindset play in organizational success as well as individual job satisfaction and fulfillment.

As an Enneagram certified coach, Emily uses the Enneagram as a tool in helping leaders to better understand their personal leadership style. By facilitating the process of strengthening capacity for self-awareness, and self-reflection, she works with clients to identify key strengths, blind spots, and opportunities for professional and personal growth. She has experience coaching at all levels, from new managers to senior level executives.

Emily holds an MBA and an MPH from the University of Washington. After completing her undergraduate degree at the University of California San Diego she spent much of her 20s living, working and volunteering in Latin America, including serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Peru. She currently lives in the Bay Area in California with her wife and two children.
