As an executive coach and leadership consultant since 2001, she combines over 20 years of management experience with the power of integral development — working to align mind, heart and body. Carole is committed to bringing out individuals’ full potential, enabling them to lead with greater effectiveness, vitality and ease. Her experience includes working in the US, Europe and Asia, with a broad range of sectors including biotech, hi-tech, financial services, consulting, and non-profit.
Carole’s own career journey began at American Express, where she was responsible for leading field organizations and growing ROI. She then discovered that her true passion lay in growing people, so she moved into corporate roles to help the company develop leaders and harness the potential of a more diverse and inclusive workforce. At Oracle Corporation, Carole was responsible for executive development, and enabled managers and their teams to survive and thrive in a fast paced and demanding environment.
Carole is a dynamic workshop presenter, and has developed and taught a number of innovative courses on integral coaching, personal mastery, resilience and wellbeing. She holds a Masters in Business Administration, and is on the faculty of New Ventures West, a leading coaching institute. She also serves on the board of Wildlife Associates, a non-profit organization that is devoted to inspiring young people to be the future stewards for the environment. Carole has a lifelong passion for travelling to remote indigenous cultures, and translating the wisdom of ancient spiritual traditions to support the challenges of life in today’s contemporary world.
